TPI was established in 1997 to provide effective training and development solutions. We are a virtual organization with associates in various locations who optimize current technology-based tools for communication. We pride ourselves on our ability to build long-term relationships with our clients. We partner with them to provide uniquely tailored, cost-effective training solutions.

Your Partners

Angela Malek, founder of Training Partnerships, Inc., has over 25 years experience in the workplace. She has a master's degree specializing in Training and Development from the University of Houston, and has worked
in the training industry since 1991.

TPI associates have either Master's or undergraduate degrees in Instructional Design and Development or Adult Learning Theory and are skilled in applying all phases of the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process.
