How TPI Applies the ISD Process
Design
Once the need for training has been established, we partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within your organization to define the required content, and to identify expected learning outcomes. Appropriate instructional strategies are also determined during this phase of the process.
Develop
We develop skill-based training materials using appropriate media which may include self-directed, classroom-based,
CD-ROM, Web-based or a combination of these strategies.
Implement
We ensure that participants are afforded the opportunity to practice the newly-learned skills with real-world instructional approaches that are closely aligned with how those skills will be performed on the job.
Analyze
We analyze your work environment to determine if a job performance disparity requires a training solution and is not caused by other organizational issues.
Evaluate
Each phase includes an evaluation component to ensure that your training is on track to meet your needs. Multi-tiered instruments that quantify the learner's progress are incorporated into the final training product.
